In a new letter led by The Kennedy Forum and signed by the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychological Association, Eating Disorders Coalition for Research, Policy, & Action, Inseparable, Legal Action Center, Mental Health America, the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, and the REDC Consortium, we offered support to the Departments of Labor, Treasury, and Health and Human Services following a suit brought by the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC). 

We stand ready to support this Administration at every step in continued implementation of the federal Parity rule, and remain willing to work with leaders in every sector to work out solutions for quality mental health to benefit communities, economies, and society as a whole.
